AIPAW provides an AI-powered platform that transforms user-uploaded photos into custom art designs on physical products including mugs, pillow cases, tote bags, mouse pads, journals, and other items. Users upload photos, select art styles, and purchase customized products.

3. User Accounts

You may create an account to access certain features such as credits, order history, and saved designs. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. User Content

By uploading photos to AIPAW, you represent that you own the rights to those photos or have permission to use them. You grant AIPAW a limited license to process your photos for the purpose of generating AI art and producing your ordered products. We do not claim ownership of your uploaded photos.

5. Credits and Payments

AIPAW uses a credit system for AI design generation. Credits can be purchased through our platform. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are listed in USD. Credits are non-refundable once used for design generation.

6. Orders and Shipping

Product orders are fulfilled by our printing partners. Shipping times vary by location. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers. All sales are final once a product has been printed.

7. Refunds

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us at contact@aipaw.shop within 14 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion. Refunds are not available for design dissatisfaction as AI-generated results may vary.

8. Prohibited Use

You may not use AIPAW to:

Upload content that is illegal, offensive, or infringes on others' rights
Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit our AI systems
Use automated tools to scrape or access our platform
Resell or redistribute AI-generated designs without purchasing products

9. Intellectual Property

The AIPAW brand, website design, and AI technology are the property of Automind AI LLC. AI-generated designs created for your orders are licensed to you for personal use on the purchased products.

10. Limitation of Liability

AIPAW and Automind AI LLC are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service in question.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of AIPAW after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
